Air Conditioning
We install and service direct expansion and tempered water systems (chillers).
During the air conditioning system’s service or installation HISeas Marine will:
.- Troubleshoot the problem.
- Determine what additional work needs to be done.
- During any installation, the system will be properly commissioned according to manufacturer specifications.
- Present recommendations for improving your equipment’s performance.

Whether you're planning to have a new air conditioning system installed, retrofit an existing system, or looking for expert maintenance and repair, we can do it all.
Strainers should be checked every week and return air filters should be inspected monthly.
A comprehensive annual maintenance should be performed to ensure that there are no issues, and if issues are found, we can tackle the problem before it becomes a bigger issue.

With any refrigeration system on a boat or motor yacht there are things that need to be considered:
- Where will you install the equipment?
- Air cooled systems must have adequate ventilation.
- The box - size, location and construction, all must be considered.
- Also choosing the right manufacturer of your equipment is important.
They all have to work together to make having refrigeration pleasant, as opposed to frustrating.
WATERMAKERS
HISeas Marine provides professional installation, service and repair of both modular water maker systems and compact units. We work on most major manufacturers models and we make sure your system is working perfectly.
During your water maker service we will:
- Change pre filters
- Change the oil in the high pressure pump
- Check the entire system for any leaks
- Test water quality and make sure membranes are within industry standards and producing potable water for your vessel
MAINTENANCE
An annual maintenance should be perfomed to ensure that there are no crucial issues and that the system is working properly . Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Clean filters or replace as needed
- Clean sea strainers every week
- Duct and evaporator cleaning
- Clean condensers with Barnacle Buster twice a year
- Check refrigerant pressures periodically
